I have spent much of my life moving—from Germany to Monaco to Miami, through careers, relationships, motherhood, friendship, loss, success, and all the different versions of myself I became along the way.
For twenty-six years, work was a major part of that story. I became very good at building businesses, leading people and figuring out what needed to happen next.
But I never stopped looking for where I belonged.
Music was one of the first places I found it. So were stories. So were the dreams I had as a child, before life became more practical and more complicated.
Over time, I learned that you can build a life that looks successful from the outside and still feel like you are standing on the outside of it.
This is where the story of I Thought This Was Success begins.

Built from within.
My career took me across Europe, North America and Latin America, including more than a decade in CEO and President roles.
I built businesses from the ground up and led established organizations through growth, expansion and change. The work was never neatly divided into departments. A product decision affected the customer. A brand promise had to be delivered. Sales depended on operations. Growth required the right people, priorities, commercial model and execution to move together.
That is where my whole-business perspective came from, and where the work of a Growth Architect began long before I gave it a name.
I see what a business could become, where the value already sits, what is getting in the way and what needs to move next.
TSM Strategy is built on twenty-six years of experience working from inside businesses and understanding how the pieces connect.

Now What?
Travel Stories Memories is where the personal story, the music, the work and the conversations finally come together.
The book tells one part of it. Music carries another. TSM Strategy is where that experience goes to work for other leaders, helping them see the whole opportunity and advance what matters. Speaking and media turn those experiences into conversations with people who may recognize something of themselves in them too.
I am not starting over, and I am not rejecting the life I built before.
I am using every part of what I have lived, learned, built, lost and carried with me to create a life that finally feels like my own—one with ambition, meaning, abundance, contribution, curiosity and room for the things that matter to me.
And if Travel Stories Memories can leave an impression of Increase on everyone who finds their way here, then I will know I am building something that matters.
